URO brand timing belt tensioner 900

I ordered a timing belt tensioner listed as "GMB" and they shipped one in a URO box. There are no markings anywhere on the part itself.

Aren't the URO tensioners supposed to be crappy? Did I get ripped off?

Should I install or send it back?
