B20 Oil passages 140-160

So. I just got my block back from the machine shop. Full rebuild, they overbored it and did all kinds of fun stuff, new cam bearings, balanced, and so on. But a couple bizarro details.

First off, they allegedly decked the block but I can still see marks from where the head gasket was... But that's not what this thread is about. This is about hot tanking with the oil galley plugs in place.

Yup. Far as I can tell, they left the oil galley plugs in when they hot tanked it. Well, I should've removed 'em, granted. But they were in place when I dropped it off and they're in place now.

I'm wondering, since I've got the possibility of icky hot tank stuff all up in my oil galleys now, do I just remove the plugs and clean the galleys, i.e. blow 'em out with compressed air etc or what? I can just imagine a bit of rust stuck in there and going directly into my main bearings on startup, oh joy. I'd kinda like to prevent that.

Actually, the whole block has little bits of residue here and there. Not a crazy amount, but more than I'd like to push through my bearings via the oil pump, y'know. How does one best do the post-machine-shop cleanup of the block?
