Radiator fluid leaking behind timing belt cover? 200 1983

Hello again,
I recently realized that my radiator fluid is running low because I have no heat in the car. I put fluid in the radiator and this morning I heard a hissing sound and traced it to behind the timing belt cover. It is below 40 degrees outside and I don't want to mess with this before I get the needed part(s).
Any ideas of what this problem could be?
