power window troubles 200 1992

My passenger side front power window does not work. All other windows work with the ignition in KPII. I believe this means the relay circuit is good. The yellow wire into the passenger side switch shows about 11.2V at KP II when the chassis is used for ground. I also have continuity from the black and red switch leads on the passenger door switch connector to the green and white switch leads, respectively, on the driver door switch connector. These line up with what I would expect looking at the Bentley wiring diagrams.

Does this point towards a dead motor? Interestingly I have continuity across the two terminals on the window motor. What resistance should I expect across the power window motor? There is some slight warping on the driver side switch connector for the passenger window. I am suspecting the motor shorted out and melted the switch connector a bit.

The one thing I haven't tried is connecting 12v directly to the window motor. I don't have an easy way to do that.

Finally, if it is the power window motor, can this be changed without pulling the entire regulator?
