Low idle after intake manifold and tb cleaning 200 1990

After cleaning both the intake manifold and the throttle body and replacing both gaskets my brick has a low idle of around ~500rpm. Thought I messed up the vaccuum but after checking it at the fuel pressure regulator it feels fine. What else could cause this low idle speed?

Checked my throttle body for a idle speed adjustment, in case I messed it up while cleaning, but this version does not have one.
