not getting fuel to injecters 200 1980

My 1980 242 won't start. The fuel pump works. I disconnected the line at the fuel filter on the fire wall and turning it over fuel comes out. But I'm not getting anything at the injectors. This is the CIS system in a b21.

I don't even know where to start. This is my first fuel system issue aside from pumps and pump relays.
