head removal 900 1993

hi,
really simple question.
Removing cylinder head on 1993 2.0 turbo to do the head gasket. I'm trying to remove as little as possible and I guess you need to remove the camshaft sprocket and the tensioner assembly to get the head off as the cam shaft cover backplate (black plastic) runs behind the sprocket and all the lower pulley assemblies. I guess that once the sprocket is off you bend that plastic back plate slightly forward and hey presto.

Or am I missing something . . .

I've read the excellent faq and the Haynes manuals (which assume you have a b230. I think mine's a b200.

regards
