New to the forum and need some advice!

I'm torn on a local brick for sale.

1991 Volvo 240 Sedan
5 speed
260,000
No rust
Ball joints just replaced
Extremely clean
Speedo works
Heater works
Power windows/locks work


Is $1250 too much to pay? I know these last forever by 260k on the clock scares me.

What do you think?
