Does anyone have any idea where this oil drip would be coming from?

It seems like it actually drips when the engine is off. I've wiped it and watched the area with the car running anbd the drip really isn't there untiul the engine is shut off, then it starts to run down the housing.

Its where the engine meets the tranny housing. Its not huge but I really don't have the equipment to pull thge motor from the car to see if its a main seal or something....The oil pan bolts all seem real tight but of course I can't access the ones behind this shroud part from the tranny.
