Electric window fuse blowing 200

All was fine and then all of a sudden I realized I can't roll the electric windows back up....It was warm here and all four are down all the way.

When I replace the blue 25 amp fuse it blows instantly when the key is turned on. I also notice that the transmission is hard to put into drive from the park position too...

Where to start and what would be causing this?
