Brake Junction Box Diagnosis and Rebuild?? 200 1977

Restored a 1977 242DL to include all new (rebuilt) calipers. Unable to bleed brakes and pedal goes straight to the floor.

No/very little fluid reaching upper chamber of passenger side front caliper. Disconnected that line where it originates at the brake junction box and no fluid is making its way out of that port on the junction box. Others all seem fine.

I assume this means my brake junction box needs replacing, right?? Expensive part so I figured I'd ask first. Also, is there any way to rebuild this part on a DIY basis? What causes them to fail like this?
