1992 240 wagon manual trans 200 1992

2 intense vibrations after 2 ujoints, center support bearing, bearing support and spring, tranny mount and flex joint replaced new. suspected damaged rear drive shaft and replaced, which lessened vibration, but still evident at 65+ mph, and
@ 31 mph, where shifter shakes violently up and down until @ 35 mph, then quiet.
no tranny issues before repair. does support bearing need shimming? if so, how is it done? other ideas? about 250,000 miles on car. runs excellent.
