Hydraulic clutch in a 144 140-160

Hi all,

I'm putting a M45 from a 240 in my work-in-progress 144 rally car, because they are stronger.

Has anybody converted a 144 to hydraulic clutch with either the 240 type cylinder or a concentric one? The first problem I can see is the cable is pull and the hydraulic is push. My main reason for even thinking about this conversion is the problems I keep reading about with the long 144 clutch cable.

And while the engine bay is empty is the right time to do this sort of thing.

Regards
