Hi All
As I ready myself for the task of r/r'ing the front rubber brake lines to caliper, I was thinking of ordering a new 11mm flare wrench to better my odds of separating it from the union with the steel brake lines. I have had them soaking in an alternating fashion with PB Blaster and WD40's new version thereof. I have them well cleaned of all funk down to nice shiny copper. I will cut the end of the rubber line off immediately prior to the union and slip a deep socket over it so I get 6 flats on that side. BUT having fought this battle on all four of the lines on my last project car I know at least one of the two WILL break my stones...because ya cant get 6 flat contacts on the steel side. Flare wrench comes close but check this tool out(Its from the UK and I am in NO way associated with these peeps, dont even know if we could get one)

That being said in flare wrench's who makes the best: Proto, Snap On, MAC others?
