Intermittent Chime 900 1994

The radio, or most likely the power amp, was failing (very loud 60 cycle buzz whenever radio warmed up, trunk CD changer died years ago) and the key chime was going off intermittently but I'm not sure they are related. I upgraded the radio, now the chime is now constant. Anything in the radio or power amp wiring harness linked to the chime?

By the way I'm working on a temperamental climate control unit at the same time. Any chime issues there?
