Hello all,
I have a simple yet strange question. The brick runs good but hesitation remains after many attempt to fix. Changing the whole fuel pump sending unit with pump stopped the hesitation for about 6 months but it is now slowly returning.
One new observation is - there seems to be less if none at all hesitation when the A/C is running. I assume the electric fan runs at all times when the A/C is on. Is there a connection between the hesitation and A/C - engine load ? I recently replaced the ECT sensor and no change.
Recently I had a crank, no start issue when the engine was warm/hot. This was solved by replacing the RSR (relay) with a new one. Curiously, I pulled the cover off the old RSR and there was nothing visibly wrong with it, no broken solder or wires, burn outs or corrosion. I guess they can just fail inside the coil where you can't see.
Any thoughts on the hesitation A/C thing would be appreciated.
Could the Air box temp thing cause hot air only coming in accross the ATS cause problems ?
Best,
