i have a 78 244dl with a 3 speed auto tranny. i would like to know how can i go about having a 4 speed overdrive tranny installed or do i just need to change the rears. at 65-70 mph the rpms are very high and putting a lot of strain on engine like it needs to change to a 4th gear..
