Best place to start for no working headlights on a 220? 120-130

The fuse checks out fine, Ive got taillights, etc. through the light switch, etc. I'm going to check out the floor dimmer switch and the headlamp relay, and clean up all the connections, including ground in the circuit. Am I missing anything easier and more likely that I need to do first? Thanks in advance..
