Car intermittently won't accelerate 200 1986

I've had this problem off and on for 2.5 years. Only in the past 6 months has it gotten worse, and now the car is at the point where it happens 4-8 times a day.

Examples of the two most common occurrences:

1. Driving down the highway, car will bog down if i floor the accelerator.
2. At a stop sign, car will completely bog down, and i can't make it up any small hills.

The problem normally goes away after restarting the car. But recently it takes more than one restart.

Reading these forums, I have found many threads that replicate my car's symptoms. But the solutions in those threads don't fix my car.

AMM - Replaced with brand new.
O2 - Replaced with brand new.
CC - checked, and the honeycomb is gone. PO must have removed it.
ICM - Replaced with known working.
In tank pump - working
Main pump - working
Fuel filter - Replaced with brand new
Grounds - checked and tightened
Wire harness - Replaced this past weekend with a good harness (photo of the old harness here: http://www.mountainfort.com/Photography/Uncategorized-2012/i-bpDPSFw/0/X3/IMGP4218-X3.jpg )

I'm running out of things to test. So my question, before I run to the bone yard for more parts, is: Could the TPS, knock sensor, or ECU be at fault?

Thanks in advance.
