Hello,
Can anyone tell me the stock routing of the heater hoses on a '65 544?

That is, how should I run the hoses between:

Heater core (right [passenger] and left [driver] stems)
Heater control valve (upper and lower stems)
Cylinder head nipple
Coolant pipe (I dont know what you call it) from water pump.
