Hesitation after warm restart 900

93 940T. For some time, there's been a momentary hesitation on the highway usually 5-10 mins after a warm restart. Until the other day this was about a second, then it runs fine again. It seems to be related to higher ambient temps; colder days it doesn't seem to happen.
The other night it quit for about 8-10 seconds on the highway at 65 or so. This again was about 10 min after a warm restart. Lights did not dim, tach did not go down like it has when the cps quit. It ran again, quit, ran, quit, I got off highway and made it home.
Since then, checked fuel pressure, 38/44. intank pump about 10. It was colder yesterday and it ran great in all conditions from slow traffic up to 85, on the same gas the incident happened with.
I think it's relay/pump when warmer.

Parts replaced; used/good pump 2 years ago, new filter same time.
relays, relays, relays.
power stage/s.
pressure regulator

Any guesses?
