I am thinking about upgrading the engine in my 122 wagon to the b20.

If I go to the pick-a-part, what car am I looking for? I know whatever I get will need a rebuild, and I am ok with that, but I want to try to get the best B20 that I can. I know that there are differences between the FI heads, so I need to knwo that too.
