89 240 w/CE code 113, 221, and 231 200

I have an 89 240 throwing the check engine codes 113, 221, and 231. I've read several post on this similar problem, but, wanted to make sure i'm not missing something.

Car idles a little rough and gas mileage has plumetted. Runs ok at normal driving speeds. Based on previous post, I suspected the fuel pressure regulator and replaced with a "used" fpr. Same symptoms after replacement.

I cleared the codes through diagnostic tester, but, did not clear through ECU by umplugging fuse. Will do that tonite.

I will check the O2 sensor tonite as well. I also recall someone replacing the AMM and resolving a similar problem. I'm a little leary on testing these components as I have read where others have tested same parts and tested ok. Eventually replaced O2 and/or AMM anyway and resolved problem. Should I just replace?

Am i missing anything or should suspect something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
