AC idle bump--wiring inquiry 200 1988

In LH2.2 cars, there is a red wire that leads from the ECU to the AC circuitry. It's part of the four pin sub-harness that snakes across the dash from the ECU going left to the fan, pumps, etc. My understanding is that this red lead takes a signal to the ECU from the AC relay for the idle speed bump when the compressor is engaged. Bentley refers to this connection as terminal 15 of the AC delay relay, item number 129 in the schematics.

I'm just looking for a little confirmation, as I don't have a green book diagram of the AC to decipher terminal 15 of the AC relay. I'm guessing that the ECU sees power when the AC relay energizes, but before plumbing 12 volts to the ECU, I thought I'd get some input (no pun intended).

Thanks,
Dave
