Which way does the inner front wheel bearing seal face?
Green manuals for front suspension or brakes does not show or even address greasing the bearings!

The seals I got from FCP have a thin flare on one side and a tappered cone on the other. There is a grove around the center for the retainer. Seems like the thin flare has to go aginst the bearing. The cone end is thicker.

1981 242 DL with 18mm spindle and vented rotors.
