I need to get both tail lights for my 1991 240 Sedan. I want to only buy OEM. Hopefully used- I can't really justify $500 for tail lights.

How can I tell if they are actually OEM?

My current ones (that need replacing) say Valeo, made in France.

I see some on eBay that say APA- URO, or some variant.

Also, is there some difference between the chrome and black trim ones? I ask because I am surprised to see the black trim ones slightly more expensive than the chrome trim ones, at FCPGroton.
