Still Fighting LH2.4 Surging Idle 200

1990 240DL with LH2.4.

Symptom is an idle that surges about 200RPM when engine is warm.

Following have been replaced within past ~12 months: MAF (Bosch reman), IAC, O2, FPR.

The only code that the OBD is showing is 232 (fuel/air too rich/lean at idle).

I've already looked for vacuum leaks at the injector seals, the hose from the MAF to the throttle body, and the intake mani.

Would appreciate any thoughts on where to look next. Since the FPR is recent I'm assuming it is good. Could this be the pressure coming from the main pump? Could a failing pump cause this surging idle symptom?
