breakin after ring replacement 120-130

I finally got a manifold sorted out. Should have the gaskets later today.
This engine was smoking - oil consumption. Some scuffing on pistons, but surprisingly not much wear, no broken rings. Honed cylinders and replaced rings. That's it.

Any recommendations on oil weight and breakin?
