Timing belt and seals, B21F 200 1978

Pretty sure it's been a hot second since my car got a new timing belt. I know Volvo recommends 50k miles, odds are we're past that.

The belt isn't all that intimidating, but at least one seal in there (probably crankshaft) is starting to weep and I'd like to swap them all out.

Anybody have some hot tips? 1978, B21F, approx. 150,000 miles. Fair guess the seals are factory, I'd just hate to screw up the install.
