'96 960 Door Lock Actuator 900 1996

The driver's door will not unlock/lock with the fob or dash switch. 2nd turning of the key in the driver's door will not lock the other doors. I have to use the fob to lock 3 doors & trunk then use the key to lock the driver's door. Electrical troubleshooting indicates a failed door lock actuator. How do I remove & replace it? I don't see any fasteners that are accessible.
