740 regina fuel pressure regulator 700 1991

I have a 1991 regina 740 sedan.

Fuel pressure regulator is squirting fuel from the vacuum side.

It looks just like the bosch one.
However the listing say "only for bosch injection cars".

Is there really a difference?
For example, fcp has no regulator listed for regina cars... :(
