Goodbye my Volvo....:( 200 1985

After owning my 245 since May of 2007, I finally sold the old gal tonight. Thankfully, her new owner is also a Volvo nut, so I know she's in good hands. For all I know, he might read and post here.

I nicknamed her Red Dwarf, and she came into my life at a time when I had started a new job, and she was my first decent car. Obviously, as with all 240's, there were issues. Both of regular issues (it being an older car, with it's quirks) and because of poor maintenance by previous owner(s).

But the old gal never abandoned me (well, not true..the Clutch cable did break once). She was a great car, and I already am a little sad that she's gone.

But it was time for her to find a new owner, who wants to spend time fixing her. I no longer could provide for her the time and effort needed.

I hope to again become a 245 owner, but not for a while. Too soon...too soon...

:(
