New brakes and rotors? 200 1987

Okay, so again I'm new to all of this stuff. Anyway I know that my brakes need to be changed due to screech sound when I press on brakes, We have no pulsing though. Question is when I change pads I plan on doing both front and rear at same time. I'm in sales so I do about 100 or so miles per day bith highway and city stop and go they they do get a work out. Do I need to change rotors each time? Is it worth it each time? Or am I just waisting $$? I want to be safe and keep these cars going.. Also do I need to bleed the lines as some say, or when do I do that. I can follow instructions very well so I feel as if I can do this baby step to become more confident on taking control or working on my two 240's. I have read all diffent post in which pads and rotors to buy. I jsut had a set of my Virgos powdercoated so I want to keep them, as nice as possible and hear that brake dust kills them? Any trutch to this. Please let me know what ya'll think.
Rememebr I'm know to all of this and I know for many is is second nature but please pass along any tips or info you can share. I print out each answer I get from you guys and save in a folder for later.

Respectfully,
Benny
