I have a 1989 240 wagon, and the power steering fluid foams, a lot. The bubbles can expand the volume of the fluid by the amount in the reservoir in five or ten minutes.
I am trying to find the source of air infiltration. What parts of the power steering system have negative fluid pressure? Could it be the rack?
