1990 245 - Ignition Switch Bad? 200

297,000 miles. Recently, after starting, the overdrive arrow lit up and the power windows didn't work. Stop and re-start, all is OK, but i only have 12.6 volts coming back tyo the battery when it's running. The instrument panel lights are out except the SRS, Check Engine and the overdrive arrow. The battery symbol does not come on, indicating that the circuit to charge the battery isn't working, hence the low voltage.

Ignition switch is my first suspect, with the alternator as possible, distant second.

Anyone?
