re: 87 245 auto - water pump leak 200 1987

Hi All,

It looks like the leak just started. The water pump is less than 100,000 miles old. My mechanic changed right after I bought this car and it's probably a generic brand. I am only 10,000 miles away from the timing belt change. I was hoping to do it all at once. How much time do I have before this leak gets bigger? It looks like NY is going to get really hot this Wed and Thursday. Should I change tonight? Thank you as always.
