Leaking fuel injector? 200

My wife's car is a 1990 240, purchased 2 years ago with 19,000 miles. The story has to do with dead people (not dying in the car), but husband, then wife died and car sat until kids sold it at auction. We bought it from a Volvo dealership. As you might imagine, cars that sit don't do so well. And that's true here, but I don't recall it had any trouble aside from fuel system. It arrived with a very noticeable loopy idle. It had a bad fuel regulator, bad intake fuel pump. I did an ignition tune up. Killed the MAF meter by cleaning it. I replaced fuel injectors with GB remanufacturered ones. Replaced the intake manifold gasket. Replaced some vacuum hoses which were hard, but not cracked. Adjusted throttle body per Machine Man's recommendation. Updated the crankcase ventilation system. Cleaned the EGR valve. Updated coolant temperature sensor. Replaced the ECU-556 because I didn't like how it started in the winter. The -933 injects more fuel when cold. I deleted the cold start injector and blanked that off at the intake manifold. I didn't do these things in any methodologic order, because I was learning, but generally noticed that the car ran/idled better after each step. It now drives quite well. No sharp misfires. The loopey idle is about 90% better. I don't know if this is now normal for this car since I don't recall what our 1992 240 felt like because we owned that 20 yrs ago. The car does not feel like it is going to die at idle; there are no sharp misfires. No codes on the primitive code reader. It is just not as smooth as I think it should be. I have cleaned the throttle body and idle air control valve about three times now (present mileage 43,000). I have always noticed some improvement in the idle after cleaning. So, I decided to do another cleaning this past weekend. Car had sat in the garage overnight, so engine was cool. I noticed gas smell when I took the accordian air intake off and noticed a tiny puddle of gas in the throttle body right at the flap. I did my usual cleaning. Idle perhaps a tad better. I don't think I should have seen or smelled the tiny amount of gas in the throttle body. I cannot think of what else this could be other than a fuel injector leaking. I appreciate comments. Thanks.
