Will a B18 clutch rebuild kit work on a B16? 444-544

Hello Gentlemen,
I wish to rebuild the clutch on my B16-powered 445, but, I can't find a B16 clutch rebuild kit. Matias, at VP Autoparts tells me their B18 clutch kit (part #'s 271263 & #672122) will work. Can someone please confirm that this is correct before I place an order (I am not a mechanic). If this exchange will work, how is a B18 clutch different than a B16 clutch? Just wondering if it will effect the ride somehow.....
