winter wheels for 940 900 1994

I am looking to purchase winter tires and new steel rims for a 94 940 sedan.

Years ago when I did this for another volvo, I was able to find inexpensive steel rims thru the tire rack or another online source. Now, it does not appear they stock the standard recommended 15" volvo compatible steel rim.

The current wheels on the car with all weather tires are aged and i am concerned they can't withstand too many more tire switches.

I have been looking on craigslist in chicago but haven't come across the right size rims yet. Any suggestions?
