valve adjustment & Weber question 120-130

My wagon's B18 motor has a fuel injected head but runs a Weber DGAV, down draft.
I'm not sure what clearance I should use when adjusting the valves in this head. I know I set them loose last time because I wasn't sure then either and it was long enough ago before I had this resource. The car runs okay, but the valves are noisy. Noisy is better than burnt though.

Not sure if the B18 is a B or D either, is there a way to tell, although I'd guess in this particular case it probably doesn't matter.

Another problem is that there is a brief hesitation when the accelerator is stomped.
In the reading I've done that could be a symptom of the secondary jet being too small. Has anyone experienced this? I have 2 newly reconditioned SUs for this car so the Weber thing isn't a big deal but if just changing a jet which is described as being a 5 minute job would help I'd do it.
