I have a 1983 240 with the M46 gearbox. I have problems getting it into 1st gear and reverse. Just won't go in. Engages occasionally. Have to shut off engine, then engage 1st. or reverse then restart and drive. Clutch is working perfectly. Any ideas anyone?
