Dead turn signals 120-130 1963

Turn signals have ceased working. Amp light shines nice and bright when I go to signal in either direction (doesn't blink). Replaced flasher, still no dice. Everything seems square under the dash, but haven't had much time to crawl around. Any ideas on where to look? Thanks!
