I ran across this during a search of the BB archives.

Since Robert didn't get an answer, in that thread anyway, I'm wondering if anyone can speak to the Permatex solution.

I ask because I have some poly torque rod bushings that have been in service and I want to use them on the '89 wagon. But the lube that came with them, if any, is long gone.

I'm also a little fuzzy on where to apply whatever lube I end up using.
