Hi All,

I can find front brake rotor part numbers all over the web. But I would like to find "big brake" discs. It looks like there are 11-inch and 11.8-inch rotors available for the S90 (in theory), that also fit the 850. How can I tell whether what I have now is 11.8, possibly? (My DIY skills don't include wheels and brakes, if you must know. So, I am trying to put together a Bill of Materials for a future project.)

Since they need replacing soon, it's the best time to find an upgrade. I am trying to find something more, err...no-nonsense, authoritative braking action. The OE brakes work well enough. But the nose-dive when applying the brakes has always bothered me. (I suppose upgraded brakes may increase the nose-dive. But I'd like to lay out and investigate all the possibilities nevertheless.)

I would prefer to stay with Volvo parts for their typical long-life street use that requires no special maintenance. So Brembo and the rest aftermarket routes are not on my radar.
