Intermittent no start since 2009 here for good - confused 200 1993

Hi All,
Seem to have two conditions which is confusing me and usually I'll just come back an hour later and it starts right up. Then it disappears for years as in the last time was mid 2013 but today on an exceptionally damp and humid day it's not going away.

First after cranking the plugs are bone dry. I measured about 1 pint of gas out of the back of the FP regulator after cranking about 10 seconds ( my pressure gauge fitting is broken so this is all I can do). This seems like a good rate although I admit it doesn't gauge the pressure. FP regulator was new aftermarket in early October so injectors not firing? Symptom 1.

Second the spark is very weak and faint even when I hold the plug or coil wire near the intake or exhaust manifolds in the dark. I've seen good spark and this is not it. More, it will not fire on the ether and I tried shooting down the vacuum ports and directly down the wide open throttle body. Copious amounts and copious cranking. No fire whatsoever. Symptom 2.

This just happened but what I have done is like I said verified gas at the rail and then swapped in 2 different FP relays - no change. Then on the spark I swapped in what I believe to be a good coil - no change. I don't seem to have a spare power stage right now but I was going to try that next.

I'm going to look thru my threads from 2 and 6 years ago but feel like I am missing something obvious that might tie these 2 symptoms together. Anybody have any thoughts?
Robb Mcc
