So you are saying Art that CPS could be common to both symptoms? No spark I would like it's the weak spark that is confusing. I was reminded of your squeeze test on the return line by reading parts of my 2013 thread on this and there is definitely pressure there when you pinch it off for a second or 2. Yeah the CPS was new in the 2013 episode of this no start so it could easily be suspect.
