New brake discs rubbing - easy question 200 1987

Got the new rear discs and calipers installed yesterday (with the old bolts - thanks for the feedback), and noticed that when I spin the discs, they rub the calipers in one spot of the revolution. I'm guessing that they need to have a wheel torqued on to properly seat. Is this accurate?

(I know I could quickly toss a wheel on and see, but it's cold outside and asking the board is a whole lot less commitment.)
