Good morning all! I recently was having issues with the car not starting when the battery was very low, but even when jump started the car would not shift into gear to move and eventually die. I bought a new battery and the car stared up fine, I drove it about 20 miles with no issues. Then on a return trip about 5 miles into it the cars speedometer quit and it seemed to coast a few miles, I had it towed home and the battery was totally dead, in the past this would indicate an alternator? any ideas? thanks
