do the 140 front spindles/hubs calips fit on a 120? 120-130

I know people upgrade 120s using 1800 parts . iei., using the 1800 front spindles etc to mount later brakes etc. are the 140 bits also an option? I know I will end up with hubs that have a different bolt spacing....just reviewing my options I was talking with someone who had done the full front and back conversion using a late 1800 donor, 140 donors are easier to find all round discs would be the way to go, ....cant remember if the 140 had rear dics either.
Finally are the 140 front discs less $$$ than the 120 one? I just crash into things these days as fixing my bumper is cheaper than using my brakes.;)
