Hello all. We've still got our '90 240DL wagon. Odometer broke but it's definitely way over 300K by this time. My wife puts a beating on it here in NYC (potholes and all) with her urban gardening business and it's still a great car (truck).

Lately there's been a problem with the idle racing when we stop the car after driving for a while. Pushing quickly on the accelerator doesn't do the trick. All we can do is shut her down. Then it's fine when we start up again.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Have a good one.
